Please read these terms carefully before using TripMaadi
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TripMaadi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform or services.
2. Use of Service
TripMaadi provides an online platform for booking accommodations. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies are set by individual property hosts and displayed at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the charges associated with your booking.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not share your login details with others. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Property Listings
Property hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. TripMaadi reviews listings but does not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by hosts.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TripMaadi, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TripMaadi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
TripMaadi acts as an intermediary between guests and property hosts. We are not liable for the condition of properties, actions of hosts or guests, or any disputes arising from bookings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for our platform services.
